We're Never Done. Our goal is to ensure that our systems remain relevant and useful for our customers. So with that, we never consider our systems as being "done." We continually add features and functions, or tweak existing features to make them work better or more efficiently for what our customers need.
A Community of Users. For each of our systems, we host a quarterly conference call where we collectively present and discuss best practices, how-tos, new features, and potential new features and how they should best work for the users. It's not "Design by Committee," but rather it's local subject matter experts, process flow experts, and system experts getting together to contribute ideas for great systems.
